• 2 bedrooms (2 x single beds, 1 double).  There is a double sofa bed downstairs, to sleep 2 more guests. Can sleep 6!
• Family bathroom with large walk in shower, towel rail and WC, shaver point.
• Modern kitchen with plenty of storage and room to cook. Washing machine/microwave etc
• Comfortable and cosy living / dinning area.
• Log Burner with wood supplied.
• LCD TV with surround sound.
• Outside wet room for wetsuits and other adventure equipment.
• Decking area with bench/table and parasol.  Also includes two individual chairs and round table set  We also have a rear entrance should you need it (for bikes etc).
• Carefully renovated in 2012 giving a perfect fusion of old and new.  You will get all the benefit and character of a Cornish Cottage without sacrificing on your creature comforts and mod-cons.
• Street parking (usually close to the front door).
• Shed for storing surfboards/bikes/wellies/prams etc.
• Modern electric heating system.
• Iron and ironing board provided, and a hair dryer.
• Regret no pets.
• No smoking in the property.
• Saturday change over.  Available from 3pm on arrival day.  To be vacated by 10am on departure day.
• All prices include VAT, bed linen, towels (not beach towels) and electricity.

We have been taking holidays in and around St Just for many years as a family.  We have many happy memories and still enjoy our time there now just as much as we did when we first discovered the area.  We decided to invest in a beautiful authentic cottage in a great location.  We have renovated the property with care and attention to detail.

The surrounding area gives you the chance to discover the wonderful beaches, coastal walks, wildlife and gardens. Your spoilt for choice with traditional fishing towns which offer super restaurants and seaside shops.

For the adventurous there are lots of sporting activities to participate in, many of which provide tuition if you want to give them a try!
